Urban Design
Paris Périphérique

A major urban ring road which segregates the inner city from the outer suburbs in Paris. The project utilizes framework, structure, object and landscape as base elements and design tools to reveal the potential of the Périph é rique through the lens of Impermanence. A series of structures were proposed to create usable spaces of connectivity and community at points along the road, which otherwise exists a plane of separation. Located in Paris, France. Occupies 35 km / 22 miles.

Otsuchi
